Now that we verified that this version of hanterm works on solaris 2.*,
solaris 1.*, Linux, SGI, HP, I'm labeling this as Beta version.

Thanks to 'Hwang Young-sup', pty allocation problem on HPUX is found and fixed.
(there was typo on resetting array index).

You have to add "-DALLOWLOGFILEONOFF" somewhere in the compile flag
in order to do LOGGING; it's added into Imakefile; you can turn it off
by commenting that out.

Also, now JOHAB fonts for hanterm is seperated from HANTERM!

Note for HP users:
	If you do not have xmkmf, try Makefile.hp.

	I don't have access to HPUX, so I'm having hard time verifying that
	this Makefile.hp works for HP or not.
