contributors, credited collectively as "zsv contributors".

These files are a subset of the zsv CSV parser, vendored unmodified except
for the patches listed in src/vendor/zsv/UPSTREAM, which also records the
exact upstream commit. Only the parser library is included; the zsv
command-line application and its SQL, SQLite, JSON and extension facilities
are not part of this package.

Files: tests/testthat/test-spectrum.R (fixtures and expected values)
Copyright: 2014 Max Ogden and csv-spectrum contributors (Max Ogden is
listed in DESCRIPTION with roles "ctb" and "cph")

The CSV fixtures and their expected parse results in that file are
transcribed from csv-spectrum, a conformance suite for CSV parsers. The file
is generated by tools/update-csv-spectrum.R, which records the upstream
commit it was taken from. No csv-spectrum code is included.

Every other file in the package is copyright Pedro Baltazar.
